    I find myself grappling with conflicting emotions - the desire to forgive and forget, to continue extending my hand in kindness, and the burning anger that simmers within me, threatening to consume all that is good and pure. I am torn between the person I have always been - compassionate, understanding, and forgiving - and the person I am becoming - bitter, resentful, and vengeful. But as I stand at the crossroads of forgiveness and retribution, I realize that my anger is not a reflection of who I am, but a response to the betrayal and ingratitude I have endured. I must find a way to channel this rage, to transform it into something constructive, something that will not only protect me from further harm but also serve as a lesson to those who have taken advantage of my kindness. And so, I make a decision - to confront this individual, to lay bare my feelings and set boundaries, to demand the respect and reciprocity that I deserve. I will not allow myself to be a doormat any longer, to be used and discarded at will. I will stand up for myself, for my worth, and for the integrity of my spirit. And in doing so, I will reclaim my power, my dignity, and my peace of mind. I will no longer be a victim of my own generosity, but a warrior of my own destiny. And though the road ahead may be fraught with challenges and uncertainties, I know that I am strong enough to weather the storm, to emerge from the tempest of fury as a beacon of resilience and self-respect.

    It stuns me how much anger I am holding inside from my childhood. To say it was abusive was an understatement. Meditations like this help me release that repressed rage and help me live a fuller life in the present.

    I have severe anxiety that I’ve been fighting with for a year. I’m going to a panic attack nothing but medication has stopped it and I hate taking the medication. I have been able to calm down listening to this meditation and I want to say thank you because it’s really helped me this last couple days.

    If there's anyone here finding it troublesome, or difficult to concentrate, or follow through with this practice; perhaps it's somehow making you MORE anxious, just remember: It's okay. This is not something you HAVE to do. It's something you can allow yourself to do. Whenever you want. Set your intentions to practice, not to achieve. Whatever thought you have, acknowledge it, then just return to the breath. Each time you do this, you're practicing your ability to redirect your focus, in spite of those anxious thoughts. You can do this. Perhaps, it could mean you're less and less anxious each time you do these exercises. Take it from someone who is going through it too, and has trouble with this.

    Anxiety has recently been overcoming me. I’ve been waking up with my heart beating so fast. I have little to no appetite everyday. I have horrible doubts about myself and how much of a failure I am in life. To anyone going through the same, I just hope you know that we can slowly get over it.
